    A. Yes. General Payday obtains all the proper licenses and required surety bonds in every state in which we conduct business.
  4. Do they adhere to all the small loan consumer protection requirements of your state?

  5. Can you pay your loan off early, and if so, is the interest pro-rated.
    A. Yes. If you wish to pay your loan in full prior to its due date simply call our toll-free number and indicate when you want the funds drafted from your account. It's that easy. And yes, the interest is pro-rated.
  6. Do they try to trap you into a never-ending loan scenario by allowing you to "automatically renew" your loan with no reduction of the principal amount?
    A. No! At General Payday you do have the option to renew your loan but this requires input on your part. If you do nothing, our system is setup to pay your account in full. If you do choose to renew your loan you must pay the interest due to date plus at least 5% of the principal amount (more if you so choose), and this "renewal" feature is limited to 5 times, after which you must pay in full.
